Barbed fittings connect flexible tubing with a ribbed barb that grips the tube ID for a secure, leak-resistant seal without adhesives or threads. ARKPLAS molds a full range of shapes: straight couplers, tees, elbows, Y fittings, threaded adapters, and plugs, in tubing IDs from 1/16" to 1/2". Choose from four engineering resins: Kynar (PVDF) for aggressive chemicals and high heat, Polypropylene for broad compatibility and economy, Nylon for mechanical strength, and Polycarbonate for clarity. Match the fitting to your fluid, temperature, and pressure needs. These fittings are molded in the USA under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems with cleanroom capability, making the same part suitable for both prototyping and regulated production.
